Job Summary:
Assists with accounting, budgeting, reimbursement and administration. Ensures the effectiveness and efficiency of all departmental operations. Develops and maintains budgets, revises policies and procedures, staffing, quality assessment/improvement, and ensures compliance with all regulatory bodies ., state, federal, and joint commission. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.
