Summary

The Director of Finance will have day‑to‑day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling the financial‑related functions of the organization. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting and budgeting, and payroll related activities. The Director will maintain a comprehensive system of internal controls and accounting records designed to mitigate risk, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal and state regulations, Green Mountain Care Board requirements, and industry standards.
