Director, Enterprise Transformation Office – Service Configuration and Productivity

18-Month Contract | Scarborough Health Network

We are recruiting for a Director, Service Configuration and Productivity to join our Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) on an 18-month contract, backfilling a parental leave.

Scarborough Health Network (SHN) is one of Ontario’s largest community hospital networks, serving a diverse population across three campuses. In response to a constrained provincial funding environment, SHN established the ETO to drive structural, sustainable change - protecting quality and patient safety while meeting our fiscal obligations.

The Director leads the Service Configuration and Productivity ETO workstream, reporting to the Vice President, Strategy and Transformation and working alongside the ETO Steering Committee.
