Job Overview

The Director, Enabling Capabilities plays a critical leadership role within GS Strategy & Operations, responsible for building and evolving the enterprise capabilities that power service delivery. This role shapes how data, digital, content, insights, and process excellence capabilities are designed, governed, and scaled to enable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Global Services enabling capabilities portfolio (data, digital, insights, content, and process excellence), ensuring enterprise‑ready, scalable solutions.
• Lead Global Services data, digital, and insights strategy, including intelligent automation, business systems enablement, Sourceview, and reporting and performance management.
