**Role Overview**

**Sodexo i** s seeking a **Director, Contracts Administration** to support a growing federal segment with a portfolio of approximately $450M, serving high-profile clients client portfolio that includes the U.S. Marine Corps, Air Force, Intelligence business and Federal Government locations throughout the United States.

This role is critical to ensuring effective contract management that supports Sodexo’s financial and strategic objectives, while maintaining compliance with ethical, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

The position requires strong expertise in government contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS, SCA) and the ability to guide complex contractual relationships and negotiations.
