Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for consumer broadband services, including pricing, bundling, and promotional campaigns to maximize subscriber acquisition and retention. Take full ownership of consumer growth outcomes, including customer retention and high growth rates (at least 2x year over year) across multiple regions, cost optimization, forecasting demand, and supply chain coordination. Analyze consumer market trends, competitive intelligence, and user feedback to refine product offerings and enhance the end-to-end customer experience from onboarding to support.
