Reporting jointly to the Executive Director Executive Director, Clinical and Operations, Seniors Care, (Providence Health Care) and to the Executive Director, Burnaby Hospital & Health Services (Fraser Health Authority), the Director of Clinical Operations plays a key leadership role in an interdisciplinary team focused on providing quality care to residents and their families at Chenchenstway and other PHC and FHA long term care sites. The Director is responsible for ensuring smooth operations and ensuring standardized application of best practices and organizational policies at PHC and FHA sites. Guided by a unified vision for the resident experience, the role supports an environment of comfort, empowerment and respect that recognizes each person’s individuality and what matters most to them.
