The Director, D1 Operations, APAC is a senior regional leader responsible for designing, scaling, and operating a high‑impact post‑sales operations function across their region. This role owns the regional operating model, translates global strategy into regional execution, and ensures post‑sales teams operate with speed, consistency, governance, and measurable outcomes.

As a member of the extended D1 Operations leadership team, you will lead a team of analysts, partner closely with regional CS, Support, and Services leaders, and act as the primary operational counterpart for APAC leadership. You will balance strategic ownership with select hands‑on engagement on the highest‑impact initiatives.
