The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides support and skills training to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting and within the community.

Motivation , patience and ambition are just a few of the qualities we look for in staff, who will support the fun and self-willed men and women who reside at the McGiffert residence. The house, which is located in the town of Catskill, has a beautiful backyard view of a bird sanctuary, which is only a short walk away.

A high school diploma or GED is desired. Post-high-school education in Human Services is a definite plus. An acceptable NYS driver...
