Description
SCO Family of Services is currently seeking Residential Counselors to join our team in our Madonna Heights Group Residence in Dix Hills! Residential Counselors provide support and implement recreational wellness and transitional activities to At-Risk Adolescent Females (12-22) while maintaining a positive, safe and healthy environment.

As a Residential Counselor, you will:
Demonstrate good judgement and decision making in the application of agency philosophy policies and procedures

Maintain an awareness of each resident’s emotional, physical and spiritual needs and refers her to other team members (when necessary) to meet those needs.

Provides immediate therapeutic crisis, intervention in order to provide structure and discipline in line with policies.
