Lead the digitalization efforts by driving innovation and change.

Aware of the digitalization trends for engineering companies.

Understand and manage the operational requirements by defining and implementing a digitalization strategy and solutions:

· Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to identify and define digitalization initiatives and objectives

· Rank / prioritise tasks

· Compile a plan of action

· Execute digitalization tasks including trainings, documentation, workflows, procedures and RACI matrix

· Ensure initiatives are fully integrated with end users and secure leadership commitment for the successful implementation and use of digitalization initiatives
