The position is primarily responsible for maintaining the bank digital system to support the financial and data quality reporting from the applications. The position is also responsible for troubleshooting and configuration to support its processes and operations.

Digital Systems Support

1. Maintains the bank digital system to support the financial and data quality reporting from the applications.
2. Conducts troubleshooting and configuration of bank digital systems to support the processes and operations.
3. Supports the implementation of security control for accessing the applications and its data.
4. Communicates with bank units to provide the needed data to support the processes and operations.
5. Participates and supports bank project to upgrade the system and its applications.
6. Manages the website traffic and uploads regular content to the bank homepage.
