CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Digital Support Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing our Fresh Desk and Fresh Chat support lines to ensure exceptional service levels for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support and be adept at using digital communication tools.

Responsibilities Manage daily operations on Fresh Desk and Fresh Chat platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues.
