Job Summary
Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with all customers of the Digital Print and Mail Center to create an atmosphere of cooperation when receiving requests for Print and Mail Services.. Pulls data and analyzes reports of production metrics available when necessary to identify workflow peaks and valleys. Acts as the primary internal representative of the D.P.M.C to convey to our customers a sense of expertise in the printing and mailing services provided.
Job Duties
+ Provides educational support and direction to customers requesting Print and Mail services in a courteous, efficient, accurate and timely manner.
+ Responsible for ensuring all required information is correctly entered into the software job tracking system for timely and productive execution of all Print and Mail services.
+ Responsible for knowing shop floor policies and procedures as they apply to processing of all Print and Mail requests.
