We're looking for a Digital Performance & Optimisation Lead to join our Digital Sales & Marketing Platform team in Tauranga. This is a role for someone who's curious about what the data is telling them — and what to do about it. You'll shape the performance story across Mercury's digital channels, turning insight into action that delivers real commercial outcomes. Working closely with marketing, product, and agency partners, you'll help us understand how Kiwis experience Mercury online and where we can do better.

What you'll be doing

• Looking after our digital performance measurement framework — the tracking, dashboards, and insights that show what's working
• Leading our conversion optimisation and experimentation programme across sales, cross-sell, and self-service journeys
