• Manage overall digital platforms, including websites and Social Media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other online channels that may emerge.
• Write clear and compelling copy/caption for materials, schedule posts based on target and preferred audience, and engage with the community.
• Measure initiatives using analytics tools to understand consumer behaviour in the digital landscape.
• Strategise and conceptualise content for digital platforms that is relevant and apt based on current marketing and consumer behaviour trends.
