MARKETING SPECIALIST

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, or related field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in recruitment agency (local or overseas deployment)
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing
• Knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, reviewing, deployment)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office
