We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & CRM Manager to lead our digital engagement strategies. This hybrid role combines content creation and community management with customer relationship oversight helping us build a strong online presence while nurturing customer loyalty and retention.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, CRM Coordinator, or a similar digital role
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
• Strong content creation and communication skills
• Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
