The Role
This is a specialist-level digital marketing role designed for someone who brings strong expertise in at least one core digital discipline, such as: Paid Ads, social media, eDM/Email Marketing, or Web Design/Development. You will use that depth of skill to elevate our digital capability while continuing to broaden your experience across the full digital mix.
You will manage and optimise digital activity end to end, lead two external digital agencies, and support major digital transformation projects underway over the next year. The role spans retention marketing, email strategy, website optimisation, and performance analytics, giving you real ownership and influence.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and able to interpret digital performance data with confidence. Strong copywriting skills are an advantage. Experience in tourism, FMCG, or service-based industries is a plus.
