            Responsibilities Lead the MEP BIM team across Middle East and India, building a strong team culture through mentoring, coaching and hands-on technical leadership. 
Support resourcing and workload planning to ensure the right capability is available at the right time across projects. 
Coordinate internal MEP stakeholders and maintain visibility of daily priorities, progress and delivery risks. 
Support MEP engineers and BIM teams to deliver coordinated high-quality models and deliverables. 
Own the MEP digital delivery approach on projects including planning, coordination strategy and model exchange routines. 
Ensure MEP teams work in line with the Project BEP / Digital Delivery Plan including modelling, model review, coordination and information exchange. 
Lead MEP coordination using Navisworks and/or Revizto, ensuring issues/clashes are tracked, closed and reported clearly.
