We are looking for a Digital Customer Experience Specialist to support the development, improvement, and quality assurance of customer journeys across digital channels, including the website and mobile app. In this role, you will work closely with CX designers and IT teams to make sure digital services are smooth, user-friendly, and compliant with UAE digital standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate CX journey designs into clear technical requirements for digital platforms.
  • Support the development and launch of new digital features.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure digital journeys function correctly.
  • Monitor and improve the performance and stability of digital channels.
  • Ensure all digital services follow CX design systems and UAE regulatory guidelines (TDRA, IDCXS).
