Role:

• Train, mentor and manage 200 social media Volunteers

• Review/filter content

• Manage FB & Insta pages ecosystem

• Create SOPs, content plans & reports

• Conduct regular trainings

Profile:

• Digital Media / Content hands on experience

• Strong Hindi writing

• Editing tools like Canva, Meta & AI tools knowledge

• Experience managing communities/fellows/volunteers

Ideal: Trainer + Content Manager + Coordinator (not just a social media executive).
