Role Introduction
Reports to: Senior Digital and IT Planning Analyst
This is accountable and responsible for managing and supporting the IT financial and reporting across digital and IT department. This role is to ensure day-to-day IT Operation activities are governed and operate in efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and keep track of IT operation cost performance for digital and IT departmentResponsible for creating and managing Purchase Orders (PO) for goods and services utilizing one of the four purchasing channels defined in SAPSupport vendor invoice and payment processesValidate Project Cost Transition from Project to BAUManage project and business unit cost rechargesManage day-to-day queries/ costing activities with IT Manager and vendorPrepare costing reports and display transaction records on contracts, purchase orders, delivery status and invoice status.
