Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to digital ads and content.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service via call center and online platforms.
• Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
• Amenable to shifting schedules.
• Proficiency in customer service and call center operations.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles.
• Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Team-oriented.
• At least 6 months experience in Digital Ads, Content Moderation, Digital Marketing, or Digital Sales OR Minimum of 2 years CSR/TSR experience.
• Higher offer for candidates with at least 2 years overall work experience.
