Position Summary:

Under close supervision and/or following defined procedures and instructions, performs a variety of non-complex functions to assure efficient, quality service in the preparation and serving of food for patients and cafeteria patrons. Typical duties may include one or more of the following: cafeteria, salad preparation, tray line, dish room, pot and pan washing, cleaning and stock, and cashier. Specific duties may vary depending upon area assigned.
