Inspect, troubleshoot, disassemble, service, rebuild, overhaul, and repair a variety of heavy wheeled vehicles.
Ensure all heavy wheeled vehicle maintenance inspections, servicing, rebuilds, overhauls, and repairs are accomplished in accordance with all technical manuals, KPIs, and OEM specifications.
Perform quality maintenance repairs as part of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System program.
Conduct heavy wheeled vehicle maintenance inspections to determine the extent of repair and spare parts requirements.
Perform heavy wheeled vehicle troubleshooting using special tools and diagnostic test equipment.
Replace heavy wheeled vehicle major assemblies – engines, transmissions, transfer cases, diffials and sub‑assemblies, starters, alternators, generators, and pumps.
Ensure all maintenance order spare parts residue is returned to the Workshop store.
