            Role & Responsibilities  Checking and recording patients’ vitals before, during, and after dialysis treatment. 
Ensure all dialysis equipment is safe, complete and fully operational during and after each use. 
Responsible for proper cleaning, sterilizing and storing of reused dialyzers. 
Responsible to monitor and record patient’s vital signs during treatment and report any abnormality to staff in charge. 
Assist other staff and doctors during treatment and examination of patients on treatment. 
Perform other duties as assigned by Head Nurse. 
 Qualifications & Requirements  Diploma in Nursing or higher qualification. 
Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration. 
Able to commit to rotating shifts. 
Prior dialysis experience is preferred.
