Diagnostic Technician Needed in Stockport

Location: Stockport

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–6pm (45 hours, no weekends)

Salary: Up to £42,000 basic – £49,000 OTE

We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading dealer groups, now looking for a skilled Diagnostic Technician to strengthen their busy workshop in Stockport.

Key Responsibilities for Diagnostic Technician:

Diagnose and repair vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment

Perform electrical and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards

Carry out software updates and vehicle programming as required

Liaise with Service Advisors and customers to explain technical issues clearly

Support and mentor junior technicians when required

What We’re Looking For in a Diagnostic Technician:

Previous experience as a Diagnostic or Senior Technician
