Your role reports directly to the Diagnostics Product Support Team Leader. The Diagnostics Product Support team are the central hub of the Diagnostics GeneMark DNA and Animal Health laboratories. With our combined knowledge and exceptional communication skills, we create strong working relationships and provide outstanding support to both internal and external customers.
You will be responsible for handling customer queries specific to the Diagnostics products. Managing the day-to-day administrative requirements of the team and your manager, providing cover for reception, taking calls, creating/updating bookings, ordering of equipment, reporting, account inquiries, proactive communications to ensure clients are aware of requirements to ensure they gain optimal results.
