Job Description
Drafting & vetting of various legal documents - Development / JV contracts Conveyance Deed, Deed of Transfer, Power of Attorney, MOU, Gift Deed, Lease Deed, Leave & License contracts, etc.
Well versed and hands on experience in RERA Act and Compliance
Must be familiar with all practices and procedures pertaining to lands of various tenures, their ownership, acquisition, development, including municipal / development rules & regulations; apartment ownership.
Should possess knowledge on Stamp duty / Registration / Adjudication etc.
Drafting of plaints, written statements, issuing and replying statutory legal notices, counters, company petitions, complaints etc.
Should possess sound knowledge High court procedural laws, and ability to brief...
