            Job Description  Assist in budget development & manage costs in alignment with DFWAC’s strategic plan 
Compile & analyze the foundation’s financial information to prepare monthly & annual financial reports 
Assist in developing & implementing departmental accounting policies, procedures & processes 
Manage the foundation’s bank accounts, ledgers, & reporting systems in accordance with appropriate Accounting Principles & regulatory requirements 
Develop & maintain financial databases for the foundation 
Ensure compliance with financial reporting deadlines 
Manage vendor invoices & process necessary payments 
Oversee accurate & appropriate analysis of expenses 
Research & resolve discrepancies of financial information documentation to ensure accuracy & adherence to established procedures 
Respond to inquiries from a variety of sources such as vendors & auditors
