Job Description

You lead and moderate structured design risk analysis to ensure products are robust, manufacturable, and compliant with customer and industry standards. Working within Product Integrity & Technology, you bring cross‑functional teams together to connect design intent, DFMEA rigor, and manufacturing feasibility for programs based in Valls, Spain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize workflows in the DFMEA
• Mitigate conflicts
• Include lessons learned on DFMEA
• Ensure compliance with Lear processes (DFMEA internal guidelines) and FMEA standards AIAG, VDA and AIAG/VDA
• Conduct internal audit of DFMEAs
