Support Engineers• L1/ L2 Support engineer with exposure to Azure Dev Ops methodologies and tools. 8+Years of experience
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, including Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Experience of cloud technologies GCP/Azzure.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases.
• Knowledge of ITIL and processes such as Incident, Problem and Event Management.
• Open to work in rotational shifts (Morning and Afternoon Shifts) and share the on-call rota for out of business hours to manage the critical applications.
• Advocate of Agile delivery practices.
• Experience across the entire solutions development lifecycle from inception through build to production.OS: Windows, Linux, Solaris
Monitoring and alerting (Splunk, Net IQ, Tivoli, Dynatrace)
Dev Ops, GCP
HTML5/React JS/Kafka/Zuul/Eureka based apps
Automation and scheduling (TWS, Jenkins, Urban Code)
