Development Manager / Investment Manager

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Development Manager / Investment Manager to support a growing property development business focused on acquiring and delivering large-scale development opportunities across Victoria.
This is a hands-on, deal-focused role suited to someone who can identify opportunities, assess risks early, structure acquisitions, and assist in project funding from inception through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure development sites, primarily superlots within key growth corridors
• Undertake detailed feasibility analysis and financial modelling using Estate Master and Excel
• Assess planning, servicing, infrastructure, and development risks at an early stage
• Manage due diligence processes and support site acquisition negotiations
• Assist in structuring and raising capital for development projects
