Our National Estimations Unit (NEU) works closely with PlaceMakers trade branches across New Zealand to support the delivery of residential and light commercial construction projects. We’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused Detailer / Estimator to join our high-performing Frame & Truss team based in Lower Hutt, Wellington.The RoleThis is a key technical role suited to someone with strong capability in timber Frame and Truss Detailing and Estimating, who can add value from day one. You’ll work across a variety of residential and light commercial projects, partnering with Account Managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and trade customers to deliver accurate, high-quality designs and estimates.Your day-to-day work will involve interpreting architectural and structural plans, completing take-offs, and producing detailed estimates and documentation that support our customers and manufacturing commitments.
