Oversee landing destination services in all countries in the APAC region, improve employee satisfaction scores, and standardize operational processes.
Assign cases in the APAC region to vendors, ensure a high level of service delivery and employee experience through effective cooperation with global vendors and local partners, and set up operational processes and mechanisms.
Act as a key point of contact, deal directly with employees and stakeholders on escalations or complex matters in a timely and proactive manner, including coordinating service delivery and follow‑up resolution between local service providers and employees.
Work closely with the Policy team, HROP team, and business teams to understand business needs and ensure preparedness.
