We are looking for a Despatch Team Leader to join our distribution team in Tauriko on our afternoon shift (1pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday). Reporting to the Distribution Manager you will be responsible for co‑ordinating and overseeing despatch operations, as well as ensuring efficient and accurate workflows. You will lead and co‑ordinate a high‑performing team of Despatch Operators that work within a fast‑moving manufacturing and distribution site. The role requires constant prioritisation, real‑time problem solving, and clear communication across multiple stakeholders including production, transport providers and internal teams.
Recognising that all incidents are preventable, you will assist in behavioural safety leadership through active participation with the team to achieve and sustain Zero Harm.
