Despatch Operative - Temp to Perm

Job Purpose: To work within a busy despatch department to receive incoming product from production and other means, manage this stock effectively and to despatch product in a timely manner to meet the customer needs. To embrace the company values and demonstrate the ability to work flexibly.​

What you will contribute:​

Ability to carry out manual activities across Despatch (picking, stock movements, equipment reconciliation etc) to the required accuracy and timescales. Understand the targets set for order fill, waste and returns​
Adherence to SOPs, CICs, SSOWs, WIs, procedures and risk assessments​
Raise H&S observations and demonstrate quality awareness & reporting 
Understand products and your part in the Despatch Process as well as being a Buddy for new starters​
