ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Despatch Manager, you will lead a team of Despatch Team Members, and you will be responsible for planning and delegating the workflow of each day. You’ll love staying active, as this role requires frequent heavy lifting, and you’ll need to champion the focus of safety in the workplace by educating and leading your team on the policies and procedures in place to keep them safe at all times.

You’ll be responsible for making sure your team consistently provides exceptional customer service, and you’ll do whatever it takes to make sure each customer leaves your dock with a smile.

Safety is paramount at Amart. As a Manager you are expected to champion the importance of working safely at all times. You will contribute to the safety management system by identifying hazards and engaging with the Safety Advisor to review safe work procedures.
