Based at the National Retail Head Office, you will offer support to 650 retail stores, Head office and Distribution Centre. Must have good communication skills, patience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Provide end-user technical desk-side support (installation, configuration, problem identification and resolution) for Microsoft products and all business software.
