DESIGN SHOP LEADER

Serena & Lily is seeking a Design Shop Store Leader to lead our newest Design Shop opening in Brentwood, CA. The Design Shop Leader is responsible for establishing and maintaining client services, oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store ensuring maximum sales and profitability through hiring, merchandising, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage. This is a wonderful opportunity to be a leader in a customer focused and design driven environment.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who are available to work fulltime hours which may include weekends and some summer holidays. Our fulltime roles offer a generous benefits package and additional perks.
