There is currently a very exciting opportunity for a Design Manager to join one of the UK's fastest-growing contractors. Based in their Southern (Bristol to Ringwood) area, this role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and supportive environment with clear career progression and proactive employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Pre‑Construction team to lead the design and delivery of water projects within the South Western Region.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs across Civil, Structural, MEPICA, Health and Safety, Sustainability, Environmental, and Planning teams to develop integrated and innovative solutions.
• Drive the technical delivery of infrastructure projects, leading multidisciplinary technical teams to create value‑driven solutions that address client challenges across the entire design lifecycle.
