Core Responsibilities

A. People leadership

• Manage and develop the roles of internal or external model designer (brick-based model and graphic design), MBS Designers and MBS Manufacturing.
• Design & manufacturing resource management
• Performance, capability and capacity management and  development of the team
• Other leadership tasks
