**About the Role**

We are looking for a Design Engineer (Product Manual) to develop and manage product manuals and customer-facing documentation for air conditioning products.

This role focuses on translating technical information into clear, user-friendly product materials to support product launches, after-sales service, and customer understanding.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Prepare and maintain product manuals and user documentation (installation, service, and product guides)
+ Support development of customer-facing product literature for new products and updates
+ Compile and organize technical data from engineering teams into clear and structured content
+ Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand for customers and service teams
