Over a 12–18 month period, you will receive structured training, work on projects of increasing complexity, and develop the technical and practical skills needed to transition into a full-time design and analysis engineer. You will contribute to the structural design of distribution and transmission poles, collaborate with customers, and help translate technical requirements into clear, actionable work plans.
