Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor complex desalination systems (RO, thermal) ensuring optimal performance and water quality output.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on pumps, membranes, filters, and chemical dosing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform regular water quality testing and analysis, adjusting treatment processes to meet stringent potable and industrial standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues within the plant, diagnosing faults efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Water Technologist (CWT) or equivalent are highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in operating and maintaining desalination or large‑scale water treatment facilities.
