Role Overview

Part Time Deputy Support Manager in Huntingdon and Peterborough. This role supports adults with learning disabilities and Autism to live their life their way.

• Rate: £15.71 per hour (£30,723.50 annually, pro rata)
• Hours: Part Time (22.5 hours)
• Essential requirement: Full UK manual driving licence and own vehicle

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day delivery of high-quality, safe and person-centred support.
• Foster excellent working relationships among all teams, families, professionals, referrers and other stakeholders.
• Assist the Support Manager to improve support, identifying meaningful opportunities for those we support to shape their life and home.
• Lead by example and provide hands-on support when required.
• Deputise for the Support Manager in their absence.
