Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading restaurant operations and managing staff effectively.
  • Warm and professional care of guests in the restaurant, café and kiosk.
  • Co‑responsibility for smooth operation in daily business as well as at events and seminars.
  • Confident use of the cash register system (TCPos) and the menu selection system in daily work.
  • Responsibly ensuring correct internal and external billing according to guidelines.
  • Assuming the deputy role of the restaurant management and actively participating in leadership tasks.

  • Completed training in gastronomy sector (e.g. department manager with EFZ or hotel management school) and solid service experience.
