• Lead the planning team for multiple villa construction projects from initiation to completion
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and progress reports
• Analyze project risks, delays, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Requirements
