We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a high-volume, large-capacity venue in London. This is a key leadership role supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy operation with a turnover exceeding £100k+. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both food and bar operations, with experience managing large teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
